During an interview with Ryan Seacrest the rapper said the following …
“There’s no way Kim Kardashian shouldn’t be on the cover of Vogue. She’s, like, the most intriguing woman right now. She’s got Barbara Walters calling her, like, every day. And collectively, we’re the most influential with clothing.”
“No one is looking at what [the president] is wearing. Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a [sexy swimsuit] pic like what my girl Instagrammed the other day,”.
Kanye’s “girl” instagrammed this photo of herself several weeks ago.
Erm…why would the highly respected, educated and refined Michelle Obama want to expose herself in this fashion?
Kanye it may have escaped your notice dear, but Michelle Obama (The First Lady) is not some old media whore who is being pimped out by her mum-manager. The woman has better things to do with her time.
The fool then went on to say…
“Roitfeld (former French-Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld) supports my girl. That’s a breakthrough. . . There’s a wall of classism that we are breaking through.
“Carine Roitfeld said on my girl’s birthday, she said—and she was the editor of French Vogue—she said, ‘In my industry, beauty is a talent.’ People used to be, ‘What is [Kim] talented at?’ She’s talented at being beautiful! Like, if you go to a club, and you see a bunch of beautiful girls, you might say, ‘It’s a bunch of talent.”
What is wrong with this man?
Kanye the fashion elite is not interested in you or your “girl”, and if Carine Roitfeld was still the editor of French Vogue it is highly unlikely she would green light a Kim Kardashian front cover. Know when you are both being humoured and laughed at.
